A: No. Concept layouts are designed to be handed to your licensed PE firm, OEM, or integrator for detailed, stamped design and construction documents. This division of work keeps costs down during iteration and ensures professional sign-off on final plans.
A: Extra concepts, major layout overhauls, or scope creep are billed at our Standard engineering rate, charged in 1-hour increments. This is agreed on upfront so there are no surprises. In addition, all projects are built with a contingency to avoid additional change orders.
A: Yes. PDFs are included in all packages. Editable DWG files can be released for an additional CAD-release fee, allowing you or your PE firm to make further modifications.
A: Yes. Site visits are available for complex projects (travel costs at actual + Engineering Time). We want to make sure onsite presence is always offered to ensure a smooth project execution can be achieved.
